Wishlink was founded by 3 friends from college, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did) We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a
series A round of $7M, led by Fundamentum & Elevation Capital

Growth Opportunity

We have grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 200cr. We are working with over 10,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more.

What would you be doing?

• Collaborate with product managers to define key metrics and KPIs to track the performance of our products.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes on key metrics and drive iterative improvements.
• Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on the performance of our products and recommendations for future enhancements.

What are we looking for?

If you are a content creator yourself or have worked closely in the social media space - we like you already :)

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in Python (highly preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
