Role Summary

The
Principal
is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the growth, quality, and strategic direction of the consulting practice.

You will function as a
business owner
—leading high-impact consulting engagements, owning key client relationships, driving consulting sales, shaping internal capabilities, and mentoring mid-level leaders.

This role requires a blend of
consulting expertise, commercial acumen, team leadership, and strategic advisory capability.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Consulting Sales

• Lead strategic account planning, outbound consulting sales, and enterprise relationship expansion
• Own solution design, pricing, and proposal development for complex consulting engagements
• Represent the firm in high-value pitches and CXO-level discussions
• Drive revenue growth through consultative selling, upselling, and multi-engagement expansion

2. CXO Engagement & Strategic Advisory

• Act as a trusted advisor to CEOs, CXOs, and senior decision-makers across sectors
• Ensure consulting recommendations align with client priorities, transformation goals, and market dynamics
• Build long-term, high-trust relationships that result in repeat business and strategic partnerships
• Oversee client satisfaction, renewal cycles, and account growth plans

3. Organizational Leadership & Capability Building

• Shape consulting strategy with Partners across GTM, domain specialization, and capability enhancement
• Lead firm-building initiatives: culture, L&D, playbook development, and cross-practice collaboration
• Mentor Engagement Managers and Consultants to strengthen delivery quality and consulting depth
• Drive team satisfaction, retention, and structured talent progression

4. Engagement Oversight & Resource Allocation

• Provide strategic oversight for major consulting engagements—kick-off framing, milestone planning, solution direction
• Ensure high-quality delivery without deep daily execution involvement
• Lead resourcing decisions across accounts to balance delivery timelines and team well-being
• Maintain visibility into project pipelines, capacity planning, and staffing alignment

5. Performance Management & Coaching

• Coach mid-level leaders on problem-solving, client management, and consulting frameworks
• Run skip-level interactions and feedback loops to strengthen culture and operational clarity
• Ensure team performance, engagement quality, and succession stability across verticals

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA from a top-tier institute (preferred)
• 10–14 years of experience
  in management consulting, corporate strategy, or advisory roles
• Strong track record in consulting delivery, commercial ownership, and CXO-level relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive organizational initiatives, and build capabilities
• Proven experience in mentoring and developing mid-level consultants
