• Oversee the day-to-day management of the school, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Act as the spokesperson for the school, building strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the local community.

Academic Excellence:

• Ensure the implementation of the CBSE curriculum and oversee its delivery at all levels of schooling.
• Monitor teaching and learning processes to ensure high academic standards and student performance.
• Regularly evaluate and improve instructional practices, ensuring they are aligned with modern pedagogical trends.
• Foster a culture of continuous professional development for faculty, ensuring teachers stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and educational best practices.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure optimal performance.

Student Welfare & Discipline:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Post Graduate / Graduate with M.Ed/B.Ed

• Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a leadership or principal position in a CBSE-affiliated school.
