We're looking for a motivated and experienced
Call Center Executive
to join our team at Ipsaa Preschool and Daycare. The ideal candidate will have
3-5 years of experience
and a passion for working with families and children. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective parents, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through the admission process for our preschool and daycare brand.
Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls
: Effectively manage a high volume of calls from new and existing clients. - CRM Management
: Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups. - Client Communication
: Act as a brand ambassador by answering inquiries, providing detailed information about our programs, and addressing parent concerns professionally. - Sales & Lead Nurturing
: Follow up on leads and guide prospective parents through the admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. - Appointment Scheduling
: Schedule tours and meetings with our center heads for prospective parents. - Reporting
: Generate regular reports on call volume, lead conversions, and other key performance metrics. - Customer Satisfaction
: Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and positive parent feedback.
Requirements
- Experience
: 3-5 years of proven experience in a call center, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the education or child care sector. - Technical Skills
: Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center technologies. - Communication Skills
: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. - Soft Skills
: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a patient and friendly demeanor. - Organizational Skills
: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Education
: Bachelor's degree required
