Role Overview

We are looking for an
HR Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in IT hiring
to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. You'll handle sourcing, vendor management, and ensure smooth integration of new hires across multiple technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for IT roles (cloud, AI/ML, fintech, full-stack, etc.) via portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate performance.
  • Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers.
  • Coordinate onboarding and maintain HR documentation.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree;
    MBA in HR preferred
    .
  • 3+ years in IT recruitment/staff augmentation.
  • Strong knowledge of technical domains and hiring processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
