Job Summary

The Flipkart Product Listing & Brand Approval Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end product cataloging on Flipkart, ensuring accurate product listings, securing brand approvals, optimizing content, and maintaining high-quality seller account standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of marketplace policies, and hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Hub.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listing & Catalog Management

  • Create, upload, and manage product listings on Flipkart Seller Hub.
  • Ensure accurate product information: titles, descriptions, bullet points, key features, and search keywords.
  • Upload high-quality images as per marketplace guidelines.
  • Monitor listing status, fix suppressed/flagged listings, and ensure catalog health.

2. Brand Approval & Category Approval

  • Prepare documents and submit requests for brand approval on Flipkart.
  • Coordinate with vendors/brands for required paperwork (invoices, authorization letters, trademarks, etc.).
  • Track approval status and resolve rejections or compliance issues.
  • Ensure all listings comply with Flipkart brand and category requirements.

3. Content Optimization

  • Optimize SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve visibility.
  • Improve product attributes, variations, and specifications.
  • Benchmark competitor listings for better content positioning.

4. Inventory & Pricing Coordination

  • Upload and update inventory and pricing through Excel templates or Seller Hub.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and promotional pricing.
  • Maintain price consistency across marketplaces.

5. Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure adherence to Flipkart listing, brand, and content guidelines.
  • Regularly monitor listing quality, policy warnings, and compliance notifications.
  • Take corrective actions to avoid penalties or SKU deactivation.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain daily MIS for listings, approvals, and catalog performance.
  • Track listing errors, keyword ranking, and buy box performance.
  • Provide reports to management on catalog status and improvements.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Freelance

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹9, ₹12,996.85 per month
