** Role Overview**

We are looking for a driven and strategic **Corporate Sales Manager** with strong B2B experience. This is a **Go-to-Market (GTM)** focused role responsible for driving enterprise business, generating new clients, expanding territory presence, and achieving revenue milestones.

** Key Responsibilities**

* Execute **Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies** to position Gupio services across targeted markets.

* Daily, weekly, and monthly **lead generation and pipeline development** across corporate accounts.

* Plan and execute structured outbound sales activities including **, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and field visits**.

* Own the full **end-to-end sales cycle**, from lead qualification, demo, proposal formation, negotiation, closure, and handover to operations.

* Ensure **weekly sales reviews**, follow-ups, and reporting to management.

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and maintain predictable revenue pipelines.

* Manage and follow up on **failed, stalled, and dropped leads** and convert them into opportunities wherever possible.

* Conduct competition benchmarking and provide market intelligence to strengthen value positioning.

* Prepare and submit weekly MIS reports, sales forecasts, pipeline health reports, and performance dashboards.

* Build strong relationships with **Facility Managers, Admin Heads, Procurement Teams, CXOs**, and decision-makers.

* Coordinate with Operations, Key Account Management, and Project teams for seamless onboarding and service launch.

** Required Skills & Qualifications**

* 3–8 years of proven **B2B corporate sales experience** (preferably in facility services, mobility, real estate, hospitality, co-working, SaaS, or related sectors).

* Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship-building skills.

* Ability to work under targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Familiarity with CRM systems, proposal drafting, and enterprise sales reporting.

* Willingness to travel to client sites and metro hubs based on business requirements.
