Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist to join our team in various cities in India. The Sales Specialist will focus on identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves identifying key projects in the city, conducting sales presentations to key stake holders, and collaborating with the Technical team and Key Fabrication Partner to develop effective strategies to win the project. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will aid in identifying market trends and assisting in the overall sales management function.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and effectively assist clients.
- Experience in Sales of premium architectural/building products to commercial, residential, corporates and hospitality sectors.
- Ability to conduct Training programs for team members and clients as needed.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience in the aluminium and building solutions industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering with 5-8 years experience in Business Development or Sales or related field preferred.
