About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager with deep expertise in Google Business Profile (GBP) and Local SEO. This role goes beyond traditional SEO, you'll not only drive visibility and growth for SMB clients but also collaborate with our product team to translate GBP insights into AI-powered optimization features that scale across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale Google Business Profile (GBP) & Local SEO strategy across diverse SMB categories
  • Manage and optimize GBP listings to maximize search visibility, local rankings, and engagement
  • Work with the product team to feed GBP and local SEO insights into our AI-driven optimization engine
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on GBP performance, local search trends, and competitor benchmarks
  • Optimize Grexa's own website for authority and organic visibility in relevant categories
  • Collaborate with growth and brand teams to create SEO-led content (category pages, case studies, thought leadership)
  • Stay ahead of Google algorithm changes, GBP updates, and evolving SEO best practices

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of SEO experience with a strong focus on Google Business Profile and Local SEO
  • Proven track record of managing, optimizing, and scaling GBP listings
  • Strong knowledge of local search ranking factors and strategies
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Business Profile Manager and SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
  • Experience in a product-based or SaaS/MarTech environment is a plus
  • Bonus: Experience contributing to AI-driven, marketing automation, or local growth platforms
