Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with overall digital marketing objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify opportunities to increase search rankings and traffic.
  • Optimize website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all new and existing content.
  • Drive technical SEO improvements (site speed, crawlability, mobile optimization, structured data).
  • Manage off-page SEO efforts including link-building, local SEO, and partnerships.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance (traffic, rankings, conversions).
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and industry updates.
  • Work closely with digital, product, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of optimization initiatives.
  • Support paid marketing campaigns with keyword insights and organic performance synergies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Ability to conduct keyword research and implement effective content optimization strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
  • Good communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.
  • Knowledge of local SEO and multi-location optimization (advantageous for branch-based presence).
