Job Summary:

We seek an experienced SEO Specialist to enhance our online presence and improve organic search rankings. The ideal candidate will develop and execute SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor performance metrics to drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page & Technical SEO:

  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URL structures.
  • Ensure proper internal linking and improve website navigation.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to fix issues (site speed, indexing, mobile-friendliness, schema markup, etc.).

Off-Page SEO & Link Building:

  • Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Collaborate with industry influencers and bloggers for guest posting and backlinks.
  • Manage local SEO efforts, including Google My Business and directory listings.
  • Keyword Research & Content Strategy:

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Monitor key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, bounce rate, keyword rankings, and conversions.
  • Generate reports and provide insights for continuous optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Experience with WordPress, HTML, and basic technical SEO troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes.
