Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership:

Lead and manage development teams, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Drive project planning, execution, and monitoring, adhering to Agile Development Methodologies (SCRUM) using tools like JIRA.

Technical Proficiency:

Leverage a minimum of 6 years of hands-on development and database experience to guide the technical aspects of projects.

Contribute to solution architecture, making informed technology decisions, and developing roadmaps for individual projects and the organization.

Team Growth and Management:

Foster team growth by recruiting, training, and mentoring talent.

Manage, motivate, and guide development teams, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Client-Facing Communication:

Exhibit excellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing interactions with US and European clients.

Understand client requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations effectively.

Account Management:

Utilize account management abilities to identify opportunities for business growth within client accounts.

Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on technology-related matters.

Presentation and Data Skills:

Demonstrate excellent presentation skills to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.

Utilize data skills to analyze project performance, make data-driven decisions, and present stakeholder insights.

Documentation:

Ensure meticulous documentation of project requirements, technical specifications, and other relevant documentation.

Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team through well-documented processes and guidelines. Required Skill Sets:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Technology-related field.

Minimum six years of hands-on development experience.

Minimum five years of project management experience.

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in MEAN, MERN, and LAMP stacks.

Proficiency in PHP Laravel.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Client-facing communication experience.

Agile and Project Management:

Experience with JIRA and Agile Development Methodologies (SCRUM).

Proven ability to manage and lead project teams.

Account Management:

Demonstrated ability to grow business within client accounts.

Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities.

Presentation and Data Skills:

Exceptional presentation skills.

Strong data analysis skills for decision-making.

Documentation:

Meticulous attention to detail in documentation.

Proficient in creating and maintaining project documentation.
