**Key Responsibilities:
• Identi
fy and generate new leads through online/offline channels.
• Handle
student inquiries and counsel them on suitable career-oriented courses.
• Follow
up with potential students and convert leads into admissions.
• Mainta
in and update the CRM with daily activities and reports.
• Assist
in marketing campaigns, college visits, and promotional activities.
• Coordi
nate with trainers and management for smooth admissions and scheduling.
**Requirements:
• Strong
communication & interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
• Positi
ve attitude and eagerness to learn sales and marketing.
• Abilit
y to handle telephonic and WhatsApp-based counseling.
• Basic
knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Prior
experience in EdTech, training, or counseling will be an advantage.
