About Executive – Customer Care:

The Customer Care Executive is the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication and an exceptional experience. This role involves managing client inquiries, converting them into appointments or procedures, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and excels at building positive relationships while upholding the clinic's service standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries
  • Convert enquiries into appointments/procedures
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintain smooth coordination between clients and clinic staff
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client experience
  • Address client concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

Prerequisites:

  • Education – Graduation in any stream
  • Skills – Strong communication and excellent customer-handling skills;English proficiency mandatory
  • Experience – Minimum 2+ years in a similar role.


Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹60,000
