Role Overview

As a School Onboarding Executive, you will play a key role in welcoming new schools into our system. From documentation and training to handholding the school teams, you will ensure every step of the onboarding process is handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for schools from registration to activation.
  • Build strong relationships with school principals, coordinators, and staff.
  • Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and follow-ups to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Resolve queries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to the relevant teams when needed.
  • Maintain onboarding records and share regular updates with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with counsellors and support teams for seamless onboarding handovers.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in school onboarding.
  • Strong communication skills in English and local language.
  • Comfortable interacting with school staff and senior stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • This is a client-facing role that involves regular interaction with school teams, and may also require visits to schools to meet principals as needed.
  • Candidates with prior experience in counsellor, education, edtech, or school relations will be preferred.
