Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Jhagadia. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, supporting senior management, managing resources effectively, and implementing company policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager will also handle problem-solving, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management and team oversight
  • Proficiency in coordinating with different departments and supporting senior management
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage resources effectively
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement initiatives
  • Master degree in Commerce
  • Experience in the chemicals or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Expert In inventory Management & Dispatch activity
