Role & responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management

  • Oversee and optimize the Unit Head's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring Unit Head's time is utilized effectively.

2. Communication & Correspondence

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Unit Head and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and edit emails, memos, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Unit Head.

3. Meeting & Event Coordination

  • Organize internal and external meetings, conferences, and presentations.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions.

4. Project & Task Management

  • Support specific projects by managing timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and tracking progress.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of projects.
  • Maintain office operations and procedures through liaison with relevant functional teams.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant,
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
