Responsibility-   1. Should be experienced in Sales,Effective Cost Analysis (Budgeting), Build the brand for the new initiative and be a guard line of the brand across all consumer demands   2. Drive research (internally and externally) to sharply define user segments and position the brand accordingly through respective channels (Online mode and offline mode)   3. Craft impactful campaigns and initiatives On-app (product marketing, merch campaigns) and Off-app (Digital and Social, ATL/BTL, Influencer) to drive user acquisition and Work with designers/agencies to craft all communication assets for the business with target to deliver delightful, innovative messages to consumer across all communication channels   4. Candidate will also be responsible to achieve the monthly sales projections for their respective area, report to Head of Business Development   5.Finding organizations and individuals online who can end up becoming the buyers Analysing the work performance of the competitors   6.Contacting the clients through phone calls and emails Attending various seminars and meetings, which can help in the growth of the business   7.Responsible for cafe franchise, meal subscription, academy sale,  academy courses.   will be responsible for building brand image and opening new ways for the brand in market.   8.Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.   Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.   Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.   Research and identify new market opportunities.   Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.   Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
