Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at Airtel, you will be responsible for driving sales of Airtel's products and services to both new and existing customers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs while achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Identify and target new sales opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their requirements and present suitable Airtel products and services.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Airtel's products, services, and market trends to effectively communicate benefits and value to customers.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or related industry.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Attributes: Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
