We are looking for an experienced customer relationship Officer to be responsible for providing an exemplary service to the clients and increase the business scale on the same.

The customer relationship officer will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.

It also entails developing constructive relationships with key account management and customer service.

Role will closely collaborate with Cross sell team and Product teams for the same.

It includes working with the client to help them make the right financial decisions by providing them with information about Company products.

Primary Responsibilities of the Role

ü Handling a group of key Clients providing catering exemplary services and getting a reference business

ü Acting as an interface between the company and its key customers to provide complete Product Solutions, Portfolio Management, Wealth Management and customer servicing

ü To Enhance & Retain customer profitability by capturing larger share of Wallet

ü Deepen the relationship by Cross selling Products

ü List the deliverables other than primary, but essential for the role

ü Maintain excellent relations with local dealers to help source clients to expand reach and brand of the bank

ü Implementation to improve overall operational efficiency

ü Collaborate with other branch departments and functions to provide products and service offerings to the customer.

ü Work in both end-to-end sales and customer relations gradually.

Customer Relationship Officer Requirements:

ü A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.

ü A minimum of 2 years' experience.

ü Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

ü Superior product knowledge.

ü Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

ü Two-Wheeler Must
