Role Description

This is a full-time in-person role for a Customer Relationship Officer located in Coimbatore. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining effective communication, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, lead management, marketing skills in EdTech related operations, visiting customers office premises for events and schedule management.

Qualifications

  • Business Relationship Management and Sales skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to think strategically and multitask effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the EdTech or IT company is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
