Role Description

This is a full-time AR Caller Hospital Billing role, located on-site in Bengaluru South. The AR Caller will be responsible for handling the billing and claim submission processes for hospital services. Daily tasks include calling insurance companies to follow up on unpaid claims, resolving payment delays, verifying insurance details, and updating necessary information. The role also involves coordinating with healthcare providers for accurate claims processing and maintaining comprehensive patient records.

Qualifications

  • Experience in medical billing and hospital accounts receivable (A/R) management
  • Proficiency in verifying insurance eligibility, billing, and claim submission processes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for interactions with insurance companies
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve payment issues
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical billing or coding is preferred
