Accounts Receivable caller, is responsible for managing the healthcare revenue cycle by resolving unpaid or denied medical claims. Their responsibilities include:

- **Contacting patients and insurance companies**: AR callers are the main point of contact for patients and insurance companies regarding billing issues. They initiate calls to insurance companies to resolve claims and follow up.
- **Explaining billing statements**: AR callers provide clear explanations to patients about their billing statements.
- **Negotiating payment plans**: AR callers negotiate payment plans with patients.
- **Resolving billing discrepancies**: AR callers work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and expedite claims processing.
- **Maintaining records**: AR callers keep detailed records of interactions and claim statuses.
- **Adhering to regulations**: AR callers follow industry regulations and compliance standards in all communication and documentation.
- **Contributing to data analysis**: AR callers contribute to data analysis to identify billing trends and enhance revenue management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
