Key Responsibilities of an AR Caller:

- **Patient Communication**: Explaining billing statements, addressing questions, and negotiating payment arrangements.
- **Claim Resolution**: Identifying and resolving billing discrepancies, denied claims, and underpayments.
- **Data Analysis**: Contributing to data analysis to identify billing trends and improve revenue management.
- **Compliance**: Maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance regulations.
