Assist the senior team on M&A and fund-raising transactions which will involve the following:

  • Support in the end-to-end execution of transactions, including deal origination, pitching, preparing transaction collaterals (teaser, IM, business plan, etc.), managing due diligence, and supporting in negotiation and transaction closing.

  • Market research: Track market trends, evaluate segments of high transaction activity, track key developments across the sector.

  • Business development: Help the senior team members in pitch preparation.

  • Transaction collaterals: Independently prepare teasers, detailed information memoranda and other supporting materials.

  • Financial analysis: Carry out in-depth financial modelling and valuation analysis including discounted cash flow DCF, comparable companies and transactions evaluation.

  • Due diligence and negotiation: Manage financial, tax, legal and other due diligences and support in negotiation of pricing and terms of the agreements.

  • End-to-end deal execution experience is mandatory.

Mandatory Requirement

  • Education: CA / CFA / MBA (in finance)

  • 2 to 5 years of prior investment banking experience.

  • Sector exposure is must

  • Self-driven & team player

  • Excellent communication skills, drafting and presentation skills
