We are looking for Investment Banking Associate for stock broking company

Location - Nariman point

Salary - 15-30 k per month

Good communication in English and Hindi must

Prepare and study valuations

Financial Modelling

Prepare Information Memorandum, Corporate Presentations, Pitch deck

Arrange investor meets and roadshows

Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and Documentation of live transactions

Cognizant of current news, relevant events and Critical issues

Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and Word

Strong communication and networking skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with Minimal supervision

Ability to organize and track over lapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes

Educational Background - MBA/CFA/CA

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Prepare and study valuations Financial Modelling: 1 year (preferred)
- Arrange investor meets and roadshows: 1 year (preferred)
- Investment banking: 2 years (preferred)
