Role Description

We are expanding our Merchant Banking division and seeking a driven and detail-oriented Analyst / Associate to join our team in Mumbai.

This role offers exposure to capital markets, corporate finance, and transaction execution, and is ideal for professionals looking to build a long-term career in investment banking and financial advisory.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in execution of capital market transactions – IPOs, Rights Issues, Buybacks, Preferential Issues, Delistings, etc.

· Prepare financial models, valuations, and investor presentations.

· Conduct industry research, peer benchmarking, and company analysis.

· Draft and review DRHPs, offer documents, and due diligence reports.

· Coordinate with clients, regulators (SEBI, Stock Exchanges), legal advisors, and intermediaries.

· Support in deal origination, client engagement, and process management.

Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Merchant Banking, Investment Banking, or related financial advisory fields.

· Graduate / MBA / PGDM in Finance, CFA, or related qualification preferred.

· Strong understanding of capital markets, SEBI regulations, and financial transactions.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
