Customer Care & Front Office Executive (Sales Focus)

Experience: 1+ year

2 Shift: Rotational (Day time only)

Location: South Delhi

Industry: Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
  • Promote products/services and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Maintain front office operations including scheduling, documentation, and visitor logs
  • Build strong customer relationships through follow-ups and service excellence
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Manage basic administrative tasks and support day-to-day office functions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, front desk, and sales roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
