Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR professional to lead our Training & Development function while also driving employee engagement and onboarding experiences. This role combines strategic learning initiatives with hands-on implementation of people-centric activities that build a positive, productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Design and conduct in-house training programs (technical, soft skills, leadership).
  • Coordinate with external trainers/vendors for specialized workshops.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback tools and learning metrics.
  • Maintain training calendars, records, and reports via LMS or Excel systems.

Induction & Onboarding

  • Design and conduct engaging induction programs for new employees.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with different departments.
  • Develop onboarding materials, welcome kits, and orientation sessions.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute monthly engagement activities, fun Fridays, offsites, wellness drives, etc.
  • Roll out surveys, pulse checks, and feedback mechanisms to understand employee needs.
  • Celebrate key milestones (birthdays, work anniversaries, achievements).
  • Collaborate on internal communication campaigns and newsletters.

Support & Reporting

  • Assist in maintaining HR documentation, T&D budgets, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure all activities align with the company's values, goals, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR Training/Engagement roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with good event planning and facilitation skills.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, LMS, and survey tools.
  • Passion for people, high energy, and a proactive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
