Job Description:

We are hiring a Assistant Manager - Channel Sales with proven experience in luxury residential projects Cr range). The ideal candidate must have a strong broker network across Mumbai Western Line and a solid track record in Sourcing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive channel partner sales as per targets
  • Manage and grow broker network across the Western Line
  • Propose schemes to boost sales and footfalls
  • Handle inventory allocation and reporting
  • Respond to customer queries and manage documentation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in real estate sales
  • Must have worked on luxury projects (1015 Cr)
  • Strong broker/channel partner connections on the Western Line
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
