Network Engineer :Exp. in Network deployment,
Muticast and BGP
(both mandatory), routing protocols, routing and Switching, CCNP and equivalent certification is required

✓ Working on Ultra Low Latency (ULL) -IP/MPLS Network ✓ Quantum WAN link design and capacity enhancement for Network with low latency.

✓ Deep knowledge about Routing and switching , Data Center and Colo environment.

✓ Deep knowledge about BGP , OSPF ,VLAN, VTP , ACL .

✓ knowledge about Checkpoint FW and F5 LTM .

✓ knowledge about change deployment and implementation . ✓ Delivery of third-party media/bandwidth from Telecom service provider for WAN and client connectivity. ✓ Engaged in vendor, supplier & contractor management activities including coordinating circuit/equipment design, procurement, delivery, deployment, test & turn-up. ✓ E2E Service deployment solution for client and bank server connectivity i.e market data/order entry. ✓ To Support different teams on general networking principles and protocols like TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, peering, latency, jitter, packet routing, etc. ✓ Adept in Optical Fiber O&M, Migration, Fiber roll-out, planning, design, installation, and configuration of networks, maintenance and troubleshooting, and network management on multiple platforms based on a wide range of networking protocols. ✓ Efficiently and productively analysed the projects undertaken. ✓ Worked on the Latest Telecom Domain technologies. ✓ Monitoring and managing Program / Project resources, scope, quality, schedule, budget, and risks. ✓ Identifying potential problems and proactively seeking solutions to address them. ✓ Managing Retrospective and Lessons Learned ✓ Finalize detailed integration scope for each work stream. ✓ Partner with the cross-functional engineering teams and related stakeholders to gather requirements, plan, design, manage and execute projects. ✓ Validation plan and CAM for Engineers technical plan for execution in network ✓ E2E life cycle management of site migration from one DC to other and new rollout/decom. ✓ Troubleshoot for any issue in network migration and mitigation with right solutions. ✓ New IP pool/subnet/MOP documentation in Networker and technical parameters update.

Onboarding and service delivery for BAU Client and Exchange on DC and COLO environment.

✓ Onboarding Critical Clients and exchanges services with provided quick solution . ✓ Project kick off meeting, engagement & communication with client. ✓ Closely work with client and resolution of dependencies/risk. ✓ Progressive update on Project Plan with client and all stakeholders ✓ Effectively handle customer relationships by developing & ensuring customer satisfaction and by maintaining excellent TAT for delivery. ✓ Schedule planned activities, execution with testing and delivery with acceptance. ✓ Accelerate & Maximize revenue by faster deployment of project. ✓ Inventory management, Vendor management & support for all ongoing project activities. ✓ JIRA Project management tool to track the entire team performance & SLA. ✓ Review/tracking SNOW changes for smooth execution in network. ✓ Database update in various tools i.e. Netapples, iServer for inventory, cross connect, circuit ID, PR/PO etc ✓ Leading 10+ teams include meetings, performance, quality assurance and improve technical skills. ✓ Resolved and facilitated my team in several technical issues. ✓ Weekly/Monthly meetings with the stakeholders, Work transition and resource management etc. ✓ BAU Activities, Application monitoring, new team member on-boarding includes knowledge transition, shadow support, primary support. ✓ Maintaining deployment handbooks/run books/workbook and confluence responsibility.
