About the Role

We are looking for skilled and experienced
MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developers
to join our growing team in
Hyderabad
. If you have a strong background in D365 modules such as
Sales, Marketing, Field Service, or PSA
, and enjoy building high-impact solutions, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions using both standard and custom features
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, business process flows, command bars, and web resources
  • Build and integrate solutions using
    Power Platform
    (PowerApps, Power Automate),
    Azure Logic Apps
    , and other Microsoft tools
  • Lead client interactions, gather technical/functional requirements, and deliver scalable CRM architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline CRM processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities

Required Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience with
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
    – Sales, Marketing, Field Service, Project Service Automation
  • Proficiency in
    C#, JavaScript, TypeScript,
  • Experience with
    Power Platform
    , Azure Development Tools, SQL Server Data Tools, Visual Studio
  • Knowledge of
    CRM SDK
    , customizations, integrations, and D365 limitations
  • Strong understanding of architecture design, performance optimization, and reusable code practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience in client-facing roles with excellent documentation and presentation skills
