Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces for web applications.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to create appealing prototypes and wireframes.
  • Implement designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability based on user feedback.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility of applications across multiple devices.
  • Conduct user testing and collect feedback to enhance UI designs.
  • Debug code and troubleshoot issues to improve functionality.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards and best practices.
  • Utilize version control systems like Git for managing code changes.
  • Create and maintain documentation for UI specifications and development processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in UI development and design.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and enhance functionality.
  • Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning.
  • Lead and mentor junior UI developers as needed.
  • Adhere to accessibility standards and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI Developer (2To 12 years) or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web application projects.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with modern UI frameworks like React, Angular, or
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Familiarity with RESTful services and APIs.
  • Experience in version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
