We're hiring a Senior AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in Now Assist to implement and optimize AI-powered features in a greenfield ServiceNow workflow automation project. You'll leverage the Yokohama release to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and integrate generative AI within the client's Concept to Market business process.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise on AI strategies for the project, focusing on Now Assist for generative AI, AI search, virtual agents, and task automation.
  • Implement and configure Now Assist features, including developing and training AI models tailored to business workflows.
  • Integrate Now Assist capabilities into core workflows, data models, integrations, and user interfaces to support Concept to Market automation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to identify, prioritize, and refine AI use cases, such as predictive analytics or automated approvals.
  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AI-powered solutions for performance, accuracy, and scalability using Yokohama enhancements.
  • Ensure AI implementations comply with security, data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR), and ethical guidelines, including bias mitigation.
  • Lead AI workshops to benchmark processes and demonstrate Now Assist value in accelerating development and user productivity.
  • Mentor team members on Now Assist best practices, natural language understanding (NLU), and Yokohama-specific AI tools like AI Agent Orchestrator.
  • Document AI designs, use cases, outcomes, and integration patterns for knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow AI advancements and recommend incorporations to drive innovation in the solution.
  • Evaluate AI model effectiveness through metrics and iterative improvements.
  • Support integration testing and deployment of AI features.

Requirements
Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in AI/ML roles, with 4+ years focused on ServiceNow Now Assist or similar enterprise AI platforms.
  • Expertise in generative AI, NLU, virtual agents, and AI model training; proven implementations in workflow automation.
  • Strong programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and knowledge of ServiceNow AI integrations within Yokohama release.
  • Familiarity with business processes like Concept to Market; experience with App Engine or Flow Designer a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability in ethical AI practices, performance optimization, and stakeholder communication.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Now Assist or related AI certifications desired.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills for cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Ability to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with data privacy and security in AI systems.
  • Remote/hybrid role with flexibility for global collaboration.
