Role Overview:

The Subject Matter Expert – Primary Hindi will be responsible for developing engaging and effective Hindi curriculum content for primary grades. The role involves designing lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments that build strong language skills and cultural appreciation among young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, review, and enhance Hindi curriculum content for primary classes.

Create lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments aligned with Edify's academic standards.

Support teachers in implementing the Hindi curriculum effectively through training and guidance.

Integrate creative activities, storytelling, and interactive methods to enhance language learning.

Conduct research to incorporate modern pedagogical approaches in Hindi teaching.

Ensure quality, consistency, and age-appropriateness of all learning materials.

Collaborate with other academic experts to maintain interdisciplinary balance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi / Education or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in teaching or curriculum design for primary Hindi.

Strong understanding of primary language pedagogy and grammar concepts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi.

Creativity in developing engaging learning content.

Proficiency in digital tools for content development preferred.

Candidate should have own laptop
