Role & responsibilities

  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for sales support processes, providing guidance and deep-dive analysis on deal modeling, approvals, and incentive activation.
  • Handle escalated tickets and resolve complex deal errors, acting as the final point of escalation for intricate issues.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables, performing detailed reviews of complex cases and workflows.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities within workflows, taking corrective action when needed.
  • Proactively monitor workflows and analyze data to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

Qualification

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience, with a focus on sales processes, deal modeling, and incentive management.
  • Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and deep-dive data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying trends and implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in a support function, particularly with managing or resolving complex customer/seller issues.
