Role & responsibilities
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for sales support processes, providing guidance and deep-dive analysis on deal modeling, approvals, and incentive activation.
- Handle escalated tickets and resolve complex deal errors, acting as the final point of escalation for intricate issues.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables, performing detailed reviews of complex cases and workflows.
- Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities within workflows, taking corrective action when needed.
- Proactively monitor workflows and analyze data to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience, with a focus on sales processes, deal modeling, and incentive management.
- Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and deep-dive data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying trends and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a support function, particularly with managing or resolving complex customer/seller issues.
