Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a strong dealer/distributor network in the region
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and project consultants for product specifications
  • Handle B2B as well as B2C sales based on the region's demand
  • Execute promotional activities and participate in exhibitions and trade shows
  • Monitor collections and ensure timely payments
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis
  • Provide training and support to channel partners and field staff
