We are hiring Position: Area Sales Executive – General Trade, Consumer Care Division (CCD) Location : Malda, West Bengal, India Reporting To : Area Sales Manager – CCD General Trade Industry : FMCG About the job: We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Area Sales Executive – General Trade to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong distribution networks, and leading high-performing Market Reps. Your responsibilities will include: Drive primary and secondary sales objective s, ensuring achievement of brand-wise and value targets. Execute monthly business plans , aligning goals across distributors and sales teams. Strengthen territory performance through effective distribution, coverage expansion , and market penetration. Build, train, and motivate field teams, ensuring sales rep productivity and beat optimization . Lead BTL activations including trade schemes, visibility drives, new launches, and promotional campaigns. Ensure sales hygiene and system compliance as per company SOPs. What we are looking for: Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferred) 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade experience is Must) Strong sales planning, distributor management and people coordination skills.
