  • Escalation Handling:Manage and resolve complex customer issues and sales escalations.
  • Quality Assurance:Ensure high standards of customer service and sales quality in all team interactions.
  • Reporting:Prepare and present detailed performance reports to management.
  • Process Improvement:Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and overall service delivery.
