Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Bench Sales Recruiter
with 2 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing IT consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, CPT) to direct clients, implementation partners, and system integrators. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end bench sales processes and a strong understanding of the U.S. IT staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market available consultants
    (bench candidates) to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with current consultants and ensure continuous engagement.
  • Identify potential job opportunities
    and submit qualified consultants against requirements.
  • Negotiate rates
    and close positions efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes.
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to understand client requirements.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and track submission and interview metrics.
  • Keep consultants updated on new project opportunities and provide regular feedback.
  • Understand various work authorizations (H1B, GC, EAD, etc.) and ensure compliance with visa regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to increase submission rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in bench sales recruiting
    .
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. IT staffing industry and immigration/visa types.
  • Proven experience in marketing OPT/CPT/H1B/GC/USC consultants.
  • Excellent understanding of IT technologies and terminology.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using job portals like
    Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience with
    ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
    is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
  • Good understanding of tax terms such as C2C, W2, and 1099.
  • Strong network of vendors and end clients.
