Job Summary

We are looking for a results driven Inside Sales Executive to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and convert leads into successful sales. The role involves inbound calling, product pitching, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales calls to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Pitch products confidently and close sales while meeting daily and monthly targets.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely closures and address objections.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and call details in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with retention teams for order processing, activation, and post-sale support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products wherever applicable.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in shifts if required.
  • Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on role requirement).

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or BPO sales.
  • Experience in telecom, internet, or subscription-based sales.
  • Strong listening skills and objection-handling abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
