Designation: Relationship Manager

Job Type: Permanent

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline or equivalent

Work Experience: 0-3 Years

Gender: Both Male & Female can apply

Salary: As per industry standards + PF + ESIC + Other Statutory Benefits

Skills and Requirements:

  • Driving liscense compulsory
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Graduation mandatory(No existing backlog are accrepted)
  • Tech-savy

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Visiting customer's place as per appointment and generating leads.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Working Hour: General day shift of 9 hours (6 days/week)

Job Location: Park Street NEXA Maruti Suzuki Showroom, 57A, Park Street, Park Mansions Building, Kolkata

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
