Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end management of the tendering and bidding process for solar, hybrid, BESS, and green hydrogen projects. The role involves tender identification, bid preparation, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring timely, compliant submissions to maximize bid win ratio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, identify, and evaluate tenders from portals and PSU websites.
  • Review technical and financial qualification criteria; maintain and update the tender tracker.
  • Prepare tender summaries, pre-bid queries, deviation statements, and technical datasheets.
  • Coordinate with Design, SCM, and Commercial teams for inputs during the proposal stage.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates, and handle revisions as required.
  • Manage vendor/supplier interactions and participate in technical & commercial discussions with customers/consultants.
  • Handle e-tendering processes (GEM, E-Procurement, etc.) including bid submissions and reverse auctions.
  • Track bid win/loss data and support project execution until contract closure.
  • Maintain compliance with IMS / ISO standards and support audit activities.
  • Prepare weekly and periodic tender reports as per SOPs.
  • Support risk review, new application development, and productivity improvement initiatives.
