Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned area.
  • Visit potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when required.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or reporting tools.
  • Ensure proper execution of sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree (BBA, MBA, B.Com, or any related field preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM is a plus).
  • Ability to manage time and work independently
