We are looking for bright and passionate candidate for the position of NetApp Storage, with experience in:

Location : Kochi

Mode : Permanent

Experience : 5 to 10 years

Role & Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide L2 support for NetApp storage systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. Trouble shooting Issues and replace fails components.
  • Storage Management: Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting NetApp storage systems, including Data ONTAP and firmware upgrades. Oversee the support of NetApp storage solutions, ensuring they are optimized, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor storage system performance, manage capacity planning, and perform performance tuning to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
  • Storage Provisioning: Allocating storage resources, managing capacity planning, and ensuring efficient storage utilization
  • Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage data protection strategies, ensuring the availability and integrity of backups and disaster recovery processes.
  • Customer Interaction: Work closely with customers to understand their storage needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of storage configurations, processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of storage infrastructure with other enterprise systems
