Location: Middle East (UAE / Qatar / Oman / Saudi Arabia / Kuwait)

Job Description:

• Cut, clean, scale, and fillet fish/seafood according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP compliance).
• Handle cold storage, display counters, and ensure freshness of fish/seafood products.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering, and minimize wastage.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to support sales.

Requirements:

• 2- 6 years of experience as a Fishmonger or in seafood processing/retail.
• Knowledge of different fish species, handling techniques, and quality inspection.
• Ability to work in cold storage environments.
• Basic communication skills (English preferred).
• Ready to relocate to Middle East; Gulf experience will be an added advantage
