Position : Marketing Manager
Location: Delhi (with travel across North India)
We are marketing PICTEX Self-Adhesive Vinyl Wallpaper – a durable, waterproof, stain-free, DIY-friendly wall décor solution with premium finishes (stone, marble, wood, metallic, solids) at an attractive price point (₹8–10/sq ft). The product is already launched and now ready for aggressive market expansion.
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to take full responsibility for marketing, dealer development, and sales growth for this product line.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and strengthen the dealer/distributor network (carpets, flooring, laminates, furnishings, interiors).
- Drive sales growth and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, dealer promotions, and trade activities.
- Conduct dealer training, product demos, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, dealer meets, and trade shows.
- Initially manage sales independently; build and lead a sales team as the business scales.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in home furnishings, interiors, wallpapers, flooring, laminates, or building materials.
- Strong dealer/distributor network management experience.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel across North India.
- Graduate (MBA/PG in Marketing preferred).
