Theatrica is seeking a passionate and dedicated Theatre and Drama Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering our specially curated curriculum to students in our partner schools.

This role is ideal for an individual who is enthusiastic about nurturing creativity and confidence in children through the performing arts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study and effectively implement the pre-designed theatre and drama curriculum.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive sessions for students.
  • Bring a positive, inclusive, and creative learning environment in the classroom.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Required Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken and written).The candidate must be able to instruct and communicate effectively in all three languages.
  • A strong passion for theatre, drama, and education.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to engage and manage a classroom of children effectively.
  • Prior experience in teaching or theatre is highly desirable but not mandatory for candidates with demonstrable potential.

Work Schedule:

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Working Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and any two Saturdays per month.
