We are looking for a presentable, confident, and professional Front Office Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will also handle essential administrative tasks to support day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
  • Manage visitor logs, maintain reception area cleanliness, and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate appointments, meeting schedules, and conference room bookings.

Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
  • Assist in document preparation, filing (physical and digital), and data entry.
  • Handle courier management—incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Support HR/Accounts teams with basic administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or equivalent education.
  • Presentable appearance and confident personality.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain professionalism.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in an admin role preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹17,000.00 per month
