Bharat Ratnam Mega CFC is a leading jewellery technical service provider offering advanced solutions in assaying, hallmarking, laser marking, refining, and quality certification. We work closely with jewellery manufacturers, exporters, and retailers to deliver reliable technical services and innovative marketing support for the gems and jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients within the industry
  • Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client communication.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Maintain and update client databases, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (technical, CRM marketing) for smooth client servicing.
  • Participate in exhibitions, IIJS Shows, and client meetings as required.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
  • Assist in digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote services.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer service.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and the jewellery industry (added advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate student (BBA, MBA – Marketing, field)
  • Fresh graduates looking for industry exposure are also welcome.
